Pickup second grader from school and bring them home (car available for use if needed). Help them with an afternoon snack if desired. Help them with homework (if applicable) and 20 minutes of reading. Then provide supervision/assistance with structured activities or free time play. During this time do light decluttering as needed and ideally begin meal preparation or identify a meal concept so dinner will be started by the time we get home from work at about 6-6:30. Optional extended care until 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.
