About the job
We're looking for a caregiver for our three kids in Bountiful. Mom and Dad have hybrid work schedules, and they stay in our home offices when working from home. We have a son (8) and two daughters (6 & 3). The schedule will be around 30 hours/week starting in January. The older kids will be in full-time school, so the position entails mainly caring for our 3-year-old and helping with carpool. Childcare will occur at our home, and the job will entail housekeeping (children's laundry, keeping the common space clean and tidy, etc.). The most important thing for us is to feel comfortable and trust that our kids will receive love and attention while we're away. - Our middle child has selective mutism, and there will be some paid training on how to communicate with her. - We have an outdoor cat. - Annual raises and PTO.
