Looking For A Fitting Candidate

Hello! Family of 5 here. We have a 10-month-old, 2-year-old, and 6-year-old. We are looking for someone to come and watch our kids at our home. It is most likely you'll be with the youngest two longer than the 6-year-old (since she is in first grade and goes to school). Meal will be left prepped, and snacks will be provided. We are looking for someone who is energetic, patient, kind, and flexible with their time. Due to our current job, our work schedule will vary. We will let you know the days we will need you two weeks in advance. We have two pets. A 5-year-old lab and 5-month-old golden retriever. They are both very loving and fun to be around. Hours needed of help will vary between 3-8. Because we are struggling financially (which is why both parents need to work) we will be signing up for the government to help us pay at least half of your check. If you are comfortable with that, we can talk about it more. This government help will be temporary until we are back on our feet and can pay you in full ourselves.
