- Premature infant experience - Paced feeding experience - Newborn experience - Willing to adhere to our no perfume, fragrance policy - 1-2days (8-10hr day) a week (flexibility each month with day(s) that works for caregiver/us - CPR certified - willing to learn the specific skills & techniques needed to care for our infant
