Long Term Nanny For Spirited 3 Year Old

ISO long term nanny. For my 3-year-old. Potentially a 1 and 4-year-old next summer. And then after that probably just the 18-month-old (fall 2025). Montessori/Waldorf/Reggio oriented. No TV or phone scrolling. Do fun activities, go outside, play, prep lunch, snacks, etc. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is fully vaccinated (Covid included), who is comfortable with pets, willing to care for sick children, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
