Bonuses and Perks: Occasional bonuses, travel incentives, and weekly direct deposit. Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 40 per week. Holiday Pay: Paid for most nationally observed holidays. PTO: Earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 30 hours worked. Supportive Agency: You're treated like family, with coaching and guidance every step of the way. Your Schedule Days: Work 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday). Time: Shifts available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. What You'll Bring Age: At least 18 years old. Flexibility: Comfortable working with children and occasionally with seniors. Communication: Excellent texting skills for providing updates and managing availability. Experience: At least 1 year in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare. References: Two childcare references required. Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment to our team. If Hired, You'll Need: Work Status: Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Certification: Child, Infant, and Adult CPR and First Aid certification (must complete before employment).
