My son is 4 and tried pre-school but the large group settings and parent-student ratios were too high. We are currently evaluating him for ADHD and can be impulsive and suffer from explosive outbursts from time to time. When he is one on one and his element (like home) he thrives much better. He loves to learn and play and will usually warm up to everyone after some time and trust is built
