Caregiver would be watching Baby at our home while I work (from my home office). I can be minimally available but would like the caregiver to handle baby most of the time. Baby is pretty easygoing as long as he is fed, clean, and has some healthy attention. He prefers to nap while being held, but we're also working on getting him to nap in the crib, so caregiver can do what works/ what they prefer. He currently naps every 1. 5-2 hours for anywhere from 30 min - 2 hours at a time. He currently drinks exclusively breastmilk bottles but will be starting solids in the next couple of months. It's important that the caregiver be attentive and play with baby, as well as make sure he has plenty of tummy time and time to play independently on his play mat. Weather permitting, he loves to go on neighborhood strolls.
