She's incredibly smart and will definitely keep you on your toes so stamina is a must. Looking for someone to commit to long term care! We try to keep screen time minimal so please be willing to part with your phone while working. Experience in education is a plus! She loves to be engaged in organized activities. But also loves to free flow!
