Flexible, Part-time/overnight Nanny Needed For 7mo F (24+ Hrs/week)

My wife and I are looking for someone to help care for our 7mo little girl. She is a healthy, easy going baby that typically sleeps all night. My wife and I work varying hours in healthcare and oftentimes we need childcare coverage overnight. Family has been providing childcare up to this point, however we are looking for additional providers to take over care. We need someone with flexible hours as our schedule is varied every week. We typically have our schedule built out for approximately 6 weeks.
