My husband works from home in an upstairs office, so would be available if anything is needed. A lunch break would always be available. We are looking to have someone help our baby grow and develop and feel loved while we both work. He's happy and easy going. We live in a safe neighborhood that's great for walking as well. We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 days a week. The days can be flexible to the nanny. Kindness, honesty, positivity, and encouragement.
