C. for short, is 7 months old. As a general rule, he has two long naps per day--one about an hour and a half after he wakes up, another more towards the afternoon. He eats about every 3-4 hours, usually around 7-8 oz of formula, though he does sometimes break up these meals into a couple of 3. 5-4 oz feeds depending on mood. We try to feed him solids a couple of times a day in addition to formula, mainly for practice, so total intake isn't as important. The rest of his day is taken up with play. He gets tummy time, as much as he'll stand, and runs around in his walker or jumps in his jumper. He's fond of toys that crinkle or otherwise make sound, or that he can chew on. We also read a lot to him, so that's always welcome.
