I work from home so my ideal situation is to help while I have someone there when I'm working and on the phones - my job starts from 7:30-4 every day. Needing someone who has experience with newborns - they are boy/girl twins. Looking for a more permanent nanny for a couple of years would be ideal. Light house keeping work when they're napping and helping with developing their motor skills.
