I have a set of 16-month-old twins and need help finding someone who loves kids, shows up on time, and doesn't care if the kids are sick and will still take good care of them. The kids love to smile and play and love stroller rides. As the dad I work long hours sometimes several months straight at a time and my wife works weird hours because of the medical field and daycare has been a nightmare of an experience for us. Just looking for good help because its definitely hard to find.
