Nanny/Childcare Assistance In Tyler

I am a single father and am need of help caring for my kids. I also could use help with some light house keeping and running errands. I am an ER physician which means I don't really have a set schedule, but you would know the schedule at least a month in advance. Two of the kids are in public school which means there will be times I will be working early in the morning and the nanny will need to come early enough to wake them and get them ready for school, and then drop them off.
