Special Needs Adult Care Needed

Apryl is an adult @ 42. She was born with a syndrome at birth. She does not drive. She needs a companion to go places sometimes. She also needs a special way to keep more organized and be more safety conscious. I have been helping her most of her life (as her mother). She is now in an apartment by herself. She needs some fresh ideas to help her live on her own. I can only do so much. She only agrees to do certain things and gets anxious sometimes. She takes her own mental health meds which needs occasional overseeing. She is a very friendly and likable person!
