Fun Loving Toddler Needs A Kind Energetic Babysitter

I am looking for an as needed babysitter, probably at least once a week for a few hours and then will eventually be our go to for date nights. I have a 2-year-old son that would be the primary child who needs care, I just had another boy 1 week ago and he will eventually Be left with the sitter. Never both at the same time, I need someone to be with my Toddler when I have to take the newborn to appts or if my husband is travelling and I need to run errands I would take the baby. Eventually I would like one on one time with my toddler and leave the baby with the sitter but this will not be for a while. I want someone to come to my home and feel welcome and loved and reciprocate that with my children. The only cleaning you would do is tidying of kids toys. Please have references, and experience.
