People person, patience, and someone we can trust. With our child being mild autistic we just need someone to be open minded to making adjustments. Her interest is listening to music and watching TV. She is mostly self dependent. Eats, dress, walks, on her own and other great things! However with her condition she is not able to drive. So I would only need transportation for someone to be able to pick her up from school and watch her at the house for 2 hours.
