About the job
I'm a work-from-home mom of 5 kids (ages 1 to 9), and I'm looking for a dependable mother's helper/sitter to support our daily rhythm. The role is mostly about helping our household run smoothly-cleaning up after meals, tidying, helping the older kids get started on schoolwork (we homeschool), swapping laundry, prepping snacks/lunch, playing with the little ones, supervising free play, and making sure daily chores get done, while I'm on calls or in the office. I'm rarely actually away, but would love someone who's also comfortable providing short periods of solo care if I have an appointment or quick errand. I'm hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who connects well with our family, with the goal of adding a second regular day and being available for occasional date nights.
