We are a homeschooling, work-from-home family of 7 seeking a reliable, caring Assistant to help with light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, tidying), childcare, and supporting our homeschool routine. Responsibilities include supervising free play, guiding children chores and schoolwork, and pool supervision (seasonal). Must be comfortable with pets (dogs and cats) and provide occasional solo care during appointments or errands. Schedule: 4 hours/day, 3 days a week (Mon, Tues, Fri) with potential for increased hours and occasional date-night babysitting. This long-term position offers a stable role with room for growth.
