We're looking for a dependable, patient person to support two children (age 10 and 13) in building a daily structure and responsibility. This role goes beyond basic babysitting; we need someone who can guide the kids through their afternoon routines, including household chores and managing their own laundry. Responsibilities: Help kids stay on task with daily and weekly chores Supervise and guide them through doing their own laundry Encourage follow-through on responsibilities (like homework and pet care) Support with light cleanup or organizing as needed Must be pet-friendly (we have a dog)
