Nanny-Mom's assistant w/health insurance! Are you looking for a family to join that can offer 40 hours a week, health, dental and vision plus PTO? If so, please keep reading! Family in zip 77375 (home is between Tomball and the Woodlands) $22-$25H W-2 with a pay raise every 4 months (performance based) capping at $30H. 3 children (6/4/1). Monday-Friday 8-4. Long-term applicants only. DETAILS & INFO ABOUT FAMILY~ Busy stay at home mom that also works part-time in the family business, is needing someone that can assist her in day-to-day activities in the household. Really need a third parent that is able to pivot with the mom in wrangling the chaos ! Mom and nanny would tackle each day together and have to work as a team. Must be able to pick up where mom has left off and help balance household things. Some days are ya know? You will need a valid DL, but can use the family car if needed. Most of the time the mom will drive the children, however using your own vehicle to run errands would be helpful. Needing someone extremely organized- there is a place for everything and having a little OCD is great . Looking for someone that is comfortable in the kitchen helping with meals for all- super simple things (think Rachel Ray type of things). Other duties are helping maintain laundry, helping mom keep the kitchen running smoothly, reminding kids to drink water, being okay with swimming if needed, be okay with cameras (there are several), going to the grocery store and running errands, okay with the TDAP vaccine and preferably the flu shot as well. Need someone able to travel. Travel pay is regular hourly rate plus OT pay and $75 overnight fee, plus all expenses covered. Nanny characteristics would be: safe- this very important! Common sense is key, compassionate, organized, nurturing, empathetic, social and outgoing, great at communicating, can maintain rules and not be a pushover when it comes to setting boundaries with children. Must be comfortable with dogs, there are 2 senior labs in the home. If you're not comfortable helping some if needed then keep scrolling . Mom will mainly handle but need someone that isn't grossed out by having to possibly pick up doggie poo or clean up an accident. It happens, hey we will all be old one day haha.
