Looking For A Part Time Nanny!

I'm looking for a part time nanny that can pick up my 7-year-old daughter from school around 3-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday, and stay with her until 7 p.m. I work about 20 minutes away from home and need the extra help from the time she gets out of school until I can make it home. I get out of work at 6 p.m. typically but sometimes, I do stay after hours to finish my sales if I have a late one. My daughter is in 2nd grade and would most likely need help with homework. I would love it if I could find someone that could encourage her to learn a new language or hobby too.
