My daughter was born May 20. I work from home but have conference calls and will need some flexibility to make sure I can focus on my work responsibilities. She'll be just over 3 months old by the time I'll need some help. I'm looking for someone who will care for her and entertain her a few times a week. Times and days may vary but would estimate 8-12 hrs a week.
