My husband and I are looking for a back up nanny with a flexible schedule to help take care of our 2-year-old daughter in our home when our full-time nanny is not able to. We are searching for someone to provide the following: -Provides customized and personalized childcare in our home. -Administers one-on-one care and meets the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of our daughter. -Contributes to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which our daughter will thrive and develop. -Proactively keeps our daughter's bedroom and play/eating areas neat and tidy. -Takes our daughter to the library and park and plans out her daily schedule with activities. -Has reliable transportation.
