I am potentially looking for a long term trustworthy nanny for 3 and 4-year-old boys who are currently in the potty training phase. I work from home in my back office about 80% of the time but my work requires no interruptions. Someone locally that could come care for my children in my home, with light housekeeping only related to the childrens such as the childrens room or snack dishes while I work in the back or occasionally go into work as needed.
