I have an amazing 2. 5-year-old daughter who is in the process of being diagnosed with autism. She is selectively mute so its really important that we find someone who has a warm and inviting energy. I also have a 6-week-old baby boy who is a talker. He really likes being held constantly. I would like someone who is experienced handling multiple children and has worked with newborns. We also have 2 cats that have disabilities and are very friendly.
