About the job
Our daughter is 4 months old. She is easy going and very happy. Basic tasks include doing tummy time, changing diapers, and rocking her to sleep for naps. My wife breastfeeds and works from home. We need someone to watch her twice a week during the daytime (9-5) while my wife works, and I go to work for my 48 hour shift (Im a firefighter). The days I work change every week. For example, one week I may work Thursday and Friday; the next week Wednesday and Thursday; and the next week Tuesday and Wednesday. The nanny will not be required to work weekends, but we will ensure she is compensated for the weeks she does not work (we pay our current nanny 2400 a month). The nanny must be okay with a small dog.
