We have a 4-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son. No pets. We are looking for a nanny for 3 hours (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm), 5 days a week. She should be able to do light housekeeping and interact with kids playfully in an engaging manner with great energy. Here's the schedule we prefer: 10 to 12- Start with Active play (chase, hide & seek, play with ball). Then do Book reading after kids get enough active movement. Then Free play (building blocks, pretend play) During kid's lunch time (after 12)- vacuum or housekeeping depending on the day
