I have 3 kids, 2 are in school. Between 4-7 p.m. I am solo parenting and it is extremely difficult to watch 1 or 2 kids while helping the 3rd kid with homework or vise versa. I am looking for someone to come in from 4 p.m. - 7pm, Tuesday - Thursday and help me juggle homework, dinner, activities, etc. Kids are in school but do attend a private school where they are learning Spanish and sign language on a daily basis as well as theology. Being able to help in those subjects is a huge plus for me. Start date is flexible but ideally wouldn't want to start later than November. I would also look for someone to come in Saturday 1-2 times a month for the evening to cover for date nights.
