We need a mother's helper or nanny for two kids in Spring (5 years old and 4 months old). I will be here at the house the entire time and can step in if both need attention at the same time. I just need a safe and engaging environment so I can get work done and if I have a meeting, keep them as quiet as possible. Often, our 5-year-old will be out of the house at activities but no expectation for you to drive either child. We're flexible on what the arrangement will look like - finding the right person is the most important. Thanks.
