Prefer Live In Nanny But Will Consider Full Time: For 2 Children In Spring

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. We prefer live in (with all expenses paid with the exception of a vehicle being provided) but will consider full time. Some light housekeeping is required. We have a small hypoallergenic maltipoo. I have 2 girls one 2. 5 years old and the other is 4 months old. The eldest goes to school full time. My husband and I work odd hours and need someone flexible and available at all times during the day.
