Nanny Needed For My Children In Spring.

I work a job where I am on call and leave at a moments notice and be gone 4 days at a time. Usually Friday through Monday. I'm looking for someone who has flexible availability to come over 2-3 days a week during Friday though Monday for a few hours to help my wife take care of our son. He is 2 months old and loves to be held. However, that's the tough part also. When he is set down, he begins crying more times than not. Its manageable when I'm home but when I'm gone my wife will need some support so she can continue to take care of herself and the house. Also just being able to have a few minutes to herself will be nice also. We do have 4 cats. An ideal day is just coming over and sitting with my wife and helping with our 2-month-old to keep him content/quiet and give her a break. Also some adult conversation would be welcomed!
