About the job
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and nurturing nanny for our three children (2, 5, and 7). Both parents work outside the home but are highly involved. The ideal candidate is calm, emotionally mature, detail-oriented, and attentive, as our oldest has anxiety and sensory sensitivities. Our home is strictly gluten-free (all meals provided), and we require vigilant pool safety awareness. Strong communication, integrity, and a sense of humor are valued. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p, with two Fridays off per month. Guaranteed 40+ hours/week. Up to 50 hours some weeks. Duties: Childcare, light housekeeping, children's laundry, meal prep, and transportation (car must fit three car seats). Compensation: Paid vacation (two weeks in July), major holidays, mileage reimbursement.
