Looking For A Passionate Caregiver For Our 11 Month Old.

My baby will be 12 months on March 19th and has a lung disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Our top priority is keeping her healthy as she is very vulnerable to becoming sick easily. Our goal is avoid day care if possible by limiting the amount of exposure to sick children. We want someone who is patient, kind, loves to be around children. Callie only requires one extra step before feeds which is a medication called enzymes which's helps her absorb her fats and proteins from her foods. Other than that, she is a happy, normal baby who is learning new things everyday. I am a nurse that has a random schedule at times and there may be days I need two days of help, and there may times I only need one day. It's hard to find someone who is available to accommodate our schedule. We would love someone who has open availability and can be flexible.
