What You'll Be Doing
For the Twin Girls (3 Years Old):
Educational Leadership:
- Design and implement age-appropriate preschool curriculum
- Focus on core subjects: writing, reading, mathematics, science, art, and music
- Support second language acquisition
- Create hands-on learning experiences
- Maintain structured daily routines while incorporating playful learning.
Child Development & Care:
- Provide attentive care focusing on emotional and physical development
- Lead engaging outdoor activities, including neighborhood walks and nature exploration
- Facilitate creative projects and sensory activities
- Assist with personal care needs
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment
Light Household Assistance:
During designated nap-time (1:30-3:30 PM), responsibilities include:
- Educational material preparation
- Light tidying of play and learning spaces
- Basic kitchen cleanup after meals
- Children's laundry management
- Activity organization
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Immediate Start
- Guaranteed one hour daily break during nap-time
- $23 - $27/hour
Required Qualifications:
- Proven early childhood education experience
- Teaching certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong curriculum planning abilities
- High energy level and physical stamina
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfort with medium-sized dogs
- Professional demeanor with strict adherence to no personal phone use policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
- Flexibility for occasional travel
