Need Reliable Caregiver For 3 Kids!

Hello!! I am looking for a reliable nanny with a flexible schedule for my 3 kids! Initially for January and February I need someone from 2/3 p.m. til about 6 p.m. on Wednesdays only. I may start needing help on Saturday's from 8am-1pm, however that's not final yet. Starting in April 1st I will need someone full time Monday-Friday from 2pm-6 or 7 p.m. Before April I will need you variably. My kids need someone who can keep up with their energy. They love to be read too, play with legos, magnet tiles, etc. My mother will be home the entire time, however she may need help when the kids are at school, such as helping with lunch and tidying kitchen.
