Part-time Nanny In The Woodlands

We are a young family seeking a nurturing and energetic nanny for our two daughters, aged 1. 5 years and 8 months. We just moved here from North Carolina and are looking for someone who can engage with them, help them learn, and create fun and memorable experiences. We also have 2 elderly dogs who love attention. They are low maintenance but we do need someone who is comfortable with pets. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive care for our girls, ensuring their safety and comfort. - Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (playtime, learning games, arts and crafts). - Take the girls on outings (e. g., to the park, story time or other fun locations). - Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children. - Maintain a clean and organized play area. - Communicate regularly with us about the children's activities and development. - **Be flexible for occasional date nights and weekend care as needed.** Requirements: - Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers. - Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license. - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). - Ability to create a positive, stimulating, and safe environment for children. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. - References from previous families. Preferred Qualifications: - Early childhood education background or relevant training. - Ability to assist with light household tasks related to the children (e. g., laundry, meal prep).
