Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Spring

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child (4 years old). Light cleaning (ONLY consisting of washing any dishes used by yourself or our little one, and cleaning up after any activities) would be greatly appreciated. Our little one is high energy and very curious. E. loves to read, dance, sing, and anything dinos. We prefer no TV during this time but to substitute the time sign crafts, workbook activities and games. We do have a cat and dog that will be present in the home during these time. E. definitely needs someone who is patient yet believes in redirecting and managing sometimes big emotions. Looking for someone who specializes in behavioral background, structured activities, and redirection.
