Id: 2720370 Children: 22 months old, 4 years old, 6 years old (Two older children in school from 8 am until 3 pm. 6-year-old in school Monday-Friday, and 4-year-old in school 3 days per week currently, 4 days per week starting Fall 202522-month-old will begin school part-time in January 2026). Compensation: $30-44/HR based on education and experience Start Date: April for a year agreement with a possible extension. Family is looking to hire long-term. Schedule: 8-10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between 7:15 am and 8 pm (40 guaranteed hours per week). 40 -45 hours per week worked regularly. Option to work additional hours on occasional evenings and weekends. Pets: 3 dogs, 6 cats, chickens, goats, donkey, longhorns Location: 78070 Spring Branch (Children's school is located in Boerne, about 35 minutes away) Duties: Nanny: Full care Children's meals Nap routine Schedule and implement age-appropriate activities Drive children in the nanny's vehicle Keep the children's bedroom/play area and common areas clean Children's laundry Load and unload the dishwasher Let the dog in and out National travel with the family International travel with the family Family travels to Maine every summer for 6 - 8 weeks. Family Assistant Duties (to be performed while not caring for children): Family's laundry Folding laundry Feed and water the pets Grocery shop Assist with putting away delivered groceries Run errands Pre-prep dinner items for the family Cook full meals for the family Taking the trash out Household organization Scheduling and supervising household vendors Making travel arrangements Organizing and managing family's calendar Planning, organizing and coordinating parties and events Desired Nanny Qualities: An active, creative, and engaging nanny who can take the initiative when needed, thrives in a team environment, and is comfortable working with Mom to build a schedule and routine supporting all parties. A reliable and committed nanny who wants to work and grow with the family long-term and enjoys traveling. A background or experience in the Montessori method and child-led learning, or an openness to learning more, is a plus.
