I'm searching for a full-time nanny for my 2-year-old. She has no health concerns or special needs and is developmentally appropriate. My husband and I work full time, but my husband's job is flexible and 7 minutes from the house. We would need 35-45 hours a week (OT, PTO, and contract included) spread over 4-5 days a week--schedule varies based on my schedule at the hospital.
