There is no specific care needs. A typical day is: they wake up, eat breakfast, play for a couple hours. Watch TV, eat lunch then take a nap. I would need someone to get them dressed for the day, occasionally help with breakfast, prepare lunch (meal prep is easy and does not require cooking), encourage them to use potty, clean them if they have an accident, read a book or 2, take them outside to play sometimes and get them into bed for nap time. All in all very easy. If you would like to do additional activities with them they have plenty of puzzles, coloring/drawing and more to do. I would only expect that you clean up after them. For instance wipe table and vacuum after they eat if needed, no other household chores.
