I am currently on maternity leave until November. I had my daughter July 2 of 2024 and she will be around 5 months when I need care because I will be going back to work. I work from home, so I would want someone to come into my house and watch my baby during the day while Im working. I typically have a one hour lunch break from 12 to 1, so I would be able to watch my daughter during that time and the caregiver can do what they need to do, whether its go out and get lunch, or if they need to run errands that time. The care would mainly be feeding my daughter, getting her down for naps, changing her diaper when needed, and taking her on a daily walk. If I have days of in the week, or have light days at work, the schedule may be flexible and I may be able to watch my daughter some days during the week.
