We are seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable nanny to provide part time care for our 5-month-old son in our home. This role will be in partnership with our full time nanny caring for our 2-year-old. Our parenting approach is Montessori-inspired, emphasizing independence, respect, and developmentally appropriate engagement. The ideal candidate will be attentive, calm, and confident in supporting our child's natural development through purposeful play, guided exploration, and a consistent routine. Responsibilities include bottle feeding, supporting nap schedules, engaging in Montessori-aligned developmental activities, and light baby-related housekeeping (e. g., baby laundry, bottle cleaning, tidying baby spaces). A background or interest in Montessori principles is highly preferred.
