Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In San Antonio.

Special Needs Sitter Needed-We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in San Antonio. One is autistic (8) with partial verbalization, but can communicate basic needs well. She needs help with toileting (diapers), ADL, general supervision. Very independent and entertains herself for the most part. Has elevated behaviors (screams mostly) when upset but calms down and redirects quick. The other child is 11, very independent and very helpful. Weeknights they go to bed at 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. respectively. They need prompts to eat, get ready for bed and take bedtime meds. Live in grandparent is usually home, and can help, however she has partial paralysis and has difficulty with the physical needs of the younger one (grandma uses a walker). Grandma cares for herself and is available if you have questions or need support if she is home.
