Nanny Needed For Newborn - Weekday Support

Were a friendly, caring family looking for a warm and reliable nanny to help with our newborns care, including feeding, changing, burping, and developmental activities. We value open communication and hope to find someone who is easy to get along with and receptive to feedback. Both parents work from home with busy schedules, so we need consistent support Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (20 to 30 hours per week - long-term preferred). We are looking for someone who will be actively engaged with our son the entire shift, with no screen time or leaving him unattended. A baseline understanding of newborn care and proper enrichment activities is important. We have budget considerations but are open to discussing pay and scheduling flexibility.
