We are looking for a nanny (approx. 20hrs/wk.) now that our baby is 1-year-old and started to walk, so a little more to handle. Mom has flexible schedule. Sometimes mom works from home but still needs coverage so may be home to help also. Grandma and Grandpa also help with care. We have two dogs and live in a small friendly neighborhood near the medical center.
