Part Time Recurring Babysitter For 3 Year Energetic Boy

My kid enjoys riding his bike outside and dancing. He has so much energy so he likes anything to do with being outside. He loves cars. My son is speech delayed so he needs help with making sure he pronounces words correctly and naming things. He points and says a bunch of gibberish sometimes or just simply points. Someone who has a lot of energy and knows when a child is trying to con them! My son is sneaky or he will pretend to act like a baby. That means he's going to trap you. You must know toddler tricks. Would be great if you have cooking skills for meals and snacks. My son eats a lot. We live in a gated apartment complex. The parking situation is a bit tricky first you have to pay for parking or else your car will get towed if you leave it parked inside the gate without having a resident sticker. Do not worry though I will be taking care of that. I do not have pets myself but there's a lot of people around us who do.
