Part-time Nanny Needed For 3 Year-old

Seeking a part-time nanny (6-8 hrs/week over 2 days) in San Antonio for a 3-year-old. I need someone who can work Tuesday and Thursday mornings, for 3-4 hours each day (9-12, 10-1, or 9-1). Once my son drops his afternoon naps, I will consider afternoon hours, but for now I need mornings only. I need someone who has some flexibility outside of these hours, as I am pregnant and will have many doctor's appointments coming up in the next 6 months. Reliability and punctuality are a must. I will not tolerate last minute schedule changes/cancellations or late arrivals (of course there are exceptions because life happens, but these should be rare occurrences). I need someone with reliable transportation, non-smoker, and fragrance free on the job. I also seek someone who will actively play with my sweet son (blocks, painting, imaginary play).
