We are seeking someone patient, who can follow directions, and provide undivided attention to our son at our home for a few hours Monday - Friday. My husband and I both work from home, so we will be checking in frequently, but would love someone who is experienced and can take the lead on recognizing his cues (hunger, sleepy, upset, excited, etc.,) to take care of him accordingly.
